A playful village blend with texture and brightness. Somewhere between a fresh white and gentle skin contact – showing mineral freshness, and vibrant acidity.

Winameking: From 7–8 harvest passes, mainly from younger vines. Earlier picks were whole-bunch pressed, later ones partly foot-trodden. Fermented and aged in a mix of 500L oak, ceramic amphora, and tank. Blended before bottling. Unfiltered, unfined, bottled on lees.
