These terms of sale apply to purchases made through the Kárpát Tales webshop.
Prices
All prices in the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable duties, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical and pricing errors.
Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
The total amount, including VAT, delivery charges and any other applicable costs, will be shown before the order is completed.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
Kárpát Tales currently delivers within Greater Copenhagen.
Orders are normally delivered within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information provided by the customer or other circumstances for which the customer is responsible, reasonable additional delivery costs may apply.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through the webshop.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the withdrawal period expires.

Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect the order is not sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You bear the risk for the goods during return shipping.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returned goods must be securely packaged.
A product is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because packaging or a seal has been opened. Any reduction in value will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Complaints and Defective Products
Purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Consumers generally have a 2-year right to complain about defective goods.
You must submit your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

If your complaint is justified, it will be handled in accordance with applicable Danish consumer law.
Age Restrictions and Age Verification
The following age limits apply to the sale of alcohol in Denmark:
- You must be at least 16 years old to purchase beverages containing more than 1.2% and up to 6% alcohol.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase beverages containing more than 6% alcohol.
Kárpát Tales carries out age verification for online alcohol sales in accordance with applicable Danish law.
Where required, valid age verification must be completed before the purchase can be finalised.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Kárpát Tales is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations to the extent that this is caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and branding, belongs to Kárpát Tales or is used with permission and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
Kárpát Tales may update these terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to your purchase are the terms in force at the time the order is placed.
