Kövidinka is a traditional, once-overlooked local grape from southern Hungary. Here it’s made as a gentle orange wine: peach skin, soft tannin and warm spice.
Winameking: Kövidinka from bush vines, harvested in early September in two passes. Partly whole-bunch fermented for 5 days under juice, partly whole-bunch pressed and fermented in 500L oak. Unfiltered, unfined, bottled on lees without sulphur.
