These terms apply to all purchases made through the Kárpát Tales webshop.
Prices
All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable alcohol duties, unless otherwise stated.
Kárpát Tales reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for typographical errors, price errors, and sold-out products.
Payment
Payment can be made using accepted payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay).
Payment is charged at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
All transactions are processed in DKK and include VAT.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after completing your purchase.
Kárpát Tales reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or unavailable products.
Delivery
Kárpát Tales currently delivers within Greater Copenhagen.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery time depends on the carrier’s service.
Kárpát Tales cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address or absence, additional delivery costs may apply.
The risk for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Pickup
It may be possible to collect orders from our office by prior agreement.

If pickup is selected at checkout, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup time.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through the webshop.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at:

You must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return Conditions
Returned goods must:
- securely packaged
- in the same condition as received
- unopened if the product seal has been broken
Due to health protection and food safety reasons, wine bottles cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
Products that have been damaged, exposed to excessive heat (+25°C) or freezing temperatures may not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Complaints
Under Danish law, consumers have a 2-year right to complain about defective products.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction in accordance with Danish law.
Age Restriction (Alcohol)
According to Danish law:
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol with an alcohol content above 16.5%.
- You must be at least 16 years old to purchase alcohol with an alcohol content below 16.5%.
By placing an order on this webshop, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements.
Kárpát Tales reserves the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be confirmed.
Valid identification may be required upon delivery.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Kárpát Tales cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- transport disruptions
- government restrictions
- strikes or labor disputes
- natural events or force majeure
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Kárpát Tales and may not be used without permission.
Website Use
Kárpát Tales is not responsible for any loss resulting from the use of this website.
Changes to Terms
Kárpát Tales reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version published on the webshop at the time of ordering.
